The site is experiencing technical difficulties

You have updated your WordPress to latest version of WP, or you updated your PHP to latest version,or you install and activate new plugins like WPML, security enhancing plugins like Wordfence or etc. Everything seems normal to you but as and when you started creating a new page or creating new post. You getting this message: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

You didn’t get any instructions in the email, no email is sent (spam box also checked). Your site blocking customers to access the site, or blocking users to create a post. So, how to solve this problem?

Someone said : “this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem”. This method might be a solution to the problem you are facing, but this method of course will require a long time, because you have to check plugins and themes that are used one by one. So it is necessary to find a very fast way to overcome this problem. So what is the fastest way to overcome this problem?

Please try adding the memory limit used by your WordPress website in the following ways

  • Increase PHP memory limit by change the setting of your PHP by editing your php.ini file (If the hosting service that you are using allows you to do this). If the maximum memory allocated is 128MB then you can try it by adding the maximum limit to 256MB or to a value higher than that value, by adding the following code to the file php.ini
    memory_limit = 256M
  • Alternatively you can edit your .htaccess file (not recommended), by adding the following code
    php_value memory_limit 256M

If you don’t have access to these files or lack the experience to make this change, you can contact your web host and ask them to increase your PHP memory limit.

I have experienced this error (The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions), and I have found a solution to the problem using the method that I have explained
